Subject	Vert question: how do u clean/repair the plastic rear view?

Message	Im dealing with a convertible top that seems to have this buildup on the driver side lower edge, and the entire rear plastic is foggy. You cant see a damn thing through it, except for the presence of lights behind you. Suggestions?
